While I’ve already written a review on this restaurant, I had to mention it on my personal blog because it was just that good..
If you’re looking for a gluten-free pizza in NYC, look no more. Wild takes the gluten-free pizza trophy home. They make all their pizzas with organic, gluten-free, and vegan ingredients and use hormone-free cheeses and meats. They offer some great options to make the pizza vegan, such as substituting the mozzarella cheese and chicken for vegan versions and also have a Vegan BBQ pizza on their menu.
My friend and I split the Skinny Bitch pizza with grilled zucchini, eggplant, cherry tomato, pesto, marinara, and (optional) mozzarella and Wild Mushroom Truffle pizza with mushroom puree, truffled ricotta, arugula, shaved parmigiano
I think the Wild Truffle Mushroom pizza was the winner from that night.
